The Molecular Force Probe 3D Atomic Force Microscope is currently the most sophisticated AFM on the market. The system boasts the lowest noise level of any commercial AFM, completely user programmable software, sensored x,y and z scanners, 16-bit input operating at 5Mhz for cantilever deflection, 5 further 16-bit inputs for user experiments along with 6 high resolution 24-bit D/A channels, and image scan size limited only by computer memory (currently 4097x4097), just to name a few of the more unique characteristics.
